Eve's pudding - had some wrinkly apples that needed used up and threw in some dried cranberries for good measure.

I also boiled, mashed and froze a big bag of potatoes which were beginning to sprout.

White bread rolls, bread wraps (not really baked) and donuts (not baked either); jam, sugar and nutells filled.

Choc chip fairy cakes for kids lunchboxes, (have hidden them so they don't get eaten too fast!) Rock buns for my lunchbox (no neede to hide these - if it's not chocolate they are unlikely to eat them so they are all mine!) and a big batch of my first ever Twinks, (I substituted some of the flour for cocoa so they are chocolate Twinks) these are to be snacked on not for lunchboxes.
