Lastnight I baked my first batch of scones with "Buttermilk" Mr T came through and ordered some in:T
They tasted truly YUK!!!!!!! all I could taste was sourness:o
I think I may have used too much buttermilk, put me off using it and almost turned me off scones all together:eek:
Even the dogs turned their nose up so they must have been bad!
Think I will stick to milk with a drop of lemon juice in from now on...
