Go to bed Leigh, let your landline and mobile go to voicemail. 365(??) is right, sort it out in the cold light of day when she's sober. If the relationship's not right for you then just sort out the money thing separately. Whatever you do, don't use it as an excuse to drink (finding excuses to drink is the easiest thing in the world and I'm sure we've covered most of them on this thread over the year!!!!).
And:T:T:T for not drinking tonight.
Spot on maman.
This is what I've been trying to do -
Keep these 2 seperate things - seperate!
Thanks x0 -
and 365, talking of fresh starts this gorgeous Spring...
I think I'm going to do the same..0 -

ShaggyWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
Leigh I have no real advice for you just a hug
Good Luck:)

Leigh: Now is time to think about you and just you - nobody else. Sort out your financial situation baby steps at the time with the help of CAB and this forum. Also I would recommend of opening saving account and transferring money towards the loan you have from your GF so you know that you have the money to pay back even if you haven't transferred it to her.
365: Here is for new beginnings!!
I called about the dog last night and the lady said she will get back to me when they figure out how/when they can come here to drop the dog. They want to see my house so don't want to meet up half way. Lucky I have been flying this week so the house is getting quite respectable (apart from the pile of 5000 books still waiting to be sorted and sold)
I am trying not to get too attached to the dog that I haven't even met as not to get disappointed if I am not going to get her but hmmm - not very easy.
DD going to bday party later today and she is already dressed into her party dress despite me saying that the party is going to be in swimming pool so she has to change to her swimming costume anyway. Now she is nagging me to wrap the pressie so better do that before more flying.
Byeeee.....
ETA: Leigh, you might want to look at THIS"Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."
