he has not displayed any of the classic symptoms in fact nothing apparent in his behaviour or health to give the game away so to speak.

Also would like to mention that I've been an alcoholic for 17 years and nobody knows, substance misusers are quite deceptive...

Goodbye PBT and welcome 365! I have often thought of doing this too that's why I am referring to myself as Sparkles instead of fedup

Just go for it, sparkles. We were all 'fed up' of your other name ages ago, doesn't fit with the new you at all.

Morning everyone, not a very peaceful nights sleep last night after my ex texted me and it descended into upsetting texts left me feeling upset (no tears)

Today I need to keep myself busy to stop myself dwelling on things

    Plan
    Ironing
    Washing x 4
    Clean bathroom
    Living Room
    Kitchen
    make ragu
    Move a shrub
    Sow some seeds
Tidy up a section of the garden
    Unblock drain

    Think thats quite enough!
