    Extra fruit and veg sounds good. Some extra vitamins perhaps too? Lots of water too but have that coffee if you need one to get going this morning. Maybe cut down a bit on it in the day if you can. Do it
    gradually.

    I might cook a veggie Indian meal tonight :drool:

    And yes, vitamins, must get them out of the cupboard right now, think I've got multi-vits and milk thistle. Doing it now...

    First coffee drunk, now I want another....*rolleyes* (in my defence I have had a large cup of hot water and lemon slices this morning, THAT don't happen very often :cool:)

    Just had a look on the calender and I've got 37 days before 'NJD' (new job day :eek:). How fantastic would it be to walk in there 5 weeks and 2 days sober :D

    2nd coffee made :cool:

    You should make that your sig, print it out & put it up as well as keeping a copy in your purse as it would be fab for you :j

    Hi Guys,

    Sorry I am not about but I am still not connected at home on the net, I can only log on here when I work a Saturday and this is the first one for a month I think.

    Anyways I just wanted to let you all know that I do think of you all and I hope that everyone is ok?

    I have no idea what you have all been upto.

    I have not been counting my days I am afraid so its halfy, halfy if you see what I mean?

    Oh and to our Darling Honey Bear, thankyou for the special ewok, you sent it on the 17/2 and I have only just picked up your message :eek: I do hope Bear Towers is now fine and dandy? Hugs (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxI still can't access my emails and I am seriously thinking of dropping into the library just so I can clear them.

    My Ds is home for Easter and I will then be connected, fingers crossed.

    I really do miss the support and friendship, I am currently evaluating myself, I have gained mucho weighto and all in all things are a bit pooey bottom stinky if you see what I mean.
