Now that I am being more careful I'm starting to see the possible reasons for my excessive drinking.
Hubby and I are going through a sh*te time, not sure if we're going to get through it and this afternoon at work I was sat there nearly in tears just really feeling the need to drink to numb it all out. But I now know it's much better to feel what's going on and much healthier to cry than sink a few bottles

But his drinking levels are serious so maybe he's reacting that way cos he knows he needs to sort himself out too. Anyway, I can only work on myself so I will carry on.0 -
