    It is better to face things head on than hide behind the "comfort" of alcohol. Not that that makes it any easier.

But I now know it's much better to feel what's going on and much healthier to cry than sink a few bottles :o

    Doesn't help that hubby actually thinks I lied about what the doctor said to me :(

    But his drinking levels are serious so maybe he's reacting that way cos he knows he needs to sort himself out too. Anyway, I can only work on myself so I will carry on.
