Morning all, well that's 2/15 MAD for me. I have been awake for a couple of hours and feel really unimpressed. I always expect to sleep through happily if I don't drink but work stress has been bad this week and I've had a bad night even though I didn't drink last night.

thank god its friday has anybody got anything nice planned for the weekend.this weekend im just tidying the garden and planting some more seeds(veg)and putting some more stuff on ebay.

i found by coming on here nearly every day that it helps it nice reading the posts people on here are very supportive. everyone is in the same boat it makes it easyer not to have a drink there is always someone here if we need a moan just to get the stress out instead of drinking.
