Well done Shaggy on resisting the bells and your weight loss.

    Thanks:D

    Have a great day!
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
  • Morning everyone! I say everyone but its very quiet on here.

Thanks for scoring Shaggy and good on you for resisting last night!

Hugs to those who've had difficult weeks.

    Hello,

I was on my way home, really happy, pleased with myself, with lots to look forward to. One letter received and I thought a) I need a drink, b) I am better off dead, c) my BF should dump me d) you get the idea BUT I thought then what is the worst that can happen and actually the worst is that I destroy everything valuable to me by allowing myself to spiral into dark hole mentally and physically. SO house IS AF, I WILL study tonight, I WILL go for my run tomorrow, my BF MIGHT dump me when he finds out that I AM going to buy that expensive running watch but it is very important to me and I just need to get that across to him.

MAD as I am Shaggy it is 3 for me please.

PS this weekend I also need to deal with ex again as he is due to take DD out, can I have some hand holding please

Positive. Always. We are unshakeable. We breathe deep, dig deep and fight like hell for all that is precious to us.

Take care of yourself and what's really important to you. If exercise is what you need to do to keep you on the right path, it's worth every penny and whatever after.

    take care

    Bis

Sparkles, take evening primrose oil, I used to suffer badly and was recommended 'off record' by a dermatologist doctor that evening primrose oil seems to work. After 3 weeks the improvement was amazing! Take the highest dose you can.

Evening primose also helped my psoriasis :)

    Hi BTW
  • Hi Jo. I'll join you too. I'm trying to keep very busy today to leave no time
    to think about boozing!

Sparkles, that sounds so painful. I hope it gets better soon. EP oil may
well be worth a try. I use it and it helps very dry skin on my face.

Some people mentioned presse drinks I seem to remember.
Any ideas of good one? I'm off to Mr T's later and want to get something
    nice.
