    Afternoon all

Jo - sounds very sad about your colleague's husband. I can understand why you are feeling emotional about it.

I'm feeling a bit low myself today. Stomach still not right after bug last weekend..just making me feel a bit rough. Thank god its Friday and I can put my feet up a bit at the weekend!

    **waves** to everyone

Afternoon, a let call for me here.

Hugs to everyone who's having a rough time of it at the moment. Funny that a whole raft of troubles come along at once.
Just have to say, 'this too will pass'

I drank last night, about 3 small glasses but felt a bit rough this morning, so still on 3 AFD.

I'm going on a scout trip at the weekend - should be fun and games. Wish me luck!

I have already been getting hay fever that has been effecting my eyes. I used some hay fever eye drops yesterday and it seems to have cleared up. Has Hay fever been part of your problem?

No it's not hayfever - and have just got back from seeing a Dr who knew a lot about this and was very helpful and has prescribed a very unusual cream that should help "roll eyes shruggyness smiley"

Feeling like it should help and feel better today about it all, eyes have gone down again but my skin is in a mess.

No probs about staying AF tonight, some bells are tinkling away, I'm not listening to them and just off to take the dog for a walk then slob about watching a DVD tonight with chocolate and pop

Should be able to reach 5AFD no problem - will pop back on later on to say hi

I am bored! Which is silly as there is so much to do. I guess it is early night I am in need for. Anyway it will be 5 for me please Shaggy. I hope everyone is well, safe and sound and having a MAD Friday night.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
