What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Thank you Fay for fabulous scoring and Shaggy for doing March. Can I have 31 for March please :)

No time to stop, I have 15 minutes to pack, get everything into the car and go so must dash...

Didn't even have time for my run today :( Anyway, potential MIL is babysitting and BF has booked a table for tonight :D

  • TGIF - too true eh?

This month I've enjoyed hearing how you all FAFF - I've even started to think to myself 'How will I be faffing tonight........',

I am thinking about HALT and make sure I'm well fed/drunk and I will drink a cuppa before I venture home.

    Small steps folks..............................:A

Remember a Friday night faff - is like a roll over weekend - you'll so much feel the benefit of it on Saturday morning when you can enjoy your time off

    :)

Tonight I'm FAFFING at my new hoose :) RA - sweetie thanks - we certainly don't mess about in the isles eh? A bit of snow doesn't stop us!!
