Remember a Friday night faff - is like a roll over weekend - you'll so much feel the benefit of it on Saturday morning when you can enjoy your time off

    :)

Fay that is so true. I poured a glass of wine last night and though do I really want this? I thought about it and decided NO I DO NOT! So I poured it down the sink and had a cuppa with a couple of biccies instead. Result was I woke up at 7.00 this morning with NO hangover and toddled off to the gym at 8.00. I feel so good today, I really do. :j:j:j

Have got lots of housework to do today ...and lots of studying to catch up with, and instead of feeling lethargic and like I can't be bothered, I am raring to go!

Hope you all have a lovely Saturday :)

    X Shelly
  • Oh nearly forgot - Big thanks to Shaggy for offering to do next month and a big big thank you to Fay, you have done a fantastic job this month, I think for me an AF will always be a FAFF!!!

    :hello:

Just catching up. Wanted to say a huge thank you fay for our wonderful FAFF. :T:A Hope you don't start claiming expenses for your new home Dr Two-Houses. The budgie-esque post was brilliant and so kind and thoughtful. Oh and actually it's not me going for interview on Monday it's jo, who I'm sure is buying her interview suit as we 'speak':rotfl:

Shaggy, very kind of you to volunteer for March. I'm sticking to a target of 10 on the meet it or beat it principle. It'll be quite tight for me as I have a short break and various social things on in March but I'll do my best.

PBT, hope you have a lovely time at your mum's birthday celebration. I did something similar yesterday at Royal Academy, Fortnum's and then went to see Richard Wilson in Twelfth Night. Had a great time with a couple of old friends. Strong drink was taken but in sensible moderation.

115K, sorry you're having a tough time lately and OH not being supportive. Hope you'll have renewed enthusiasm for March.

    Have a lovely afternoon everyone.

  • Hi everyone, not been around all month - nonvirtual life has been a bit overwhelming. I have been seriously tempted on one or two days, as tired and stressed out by events, but remembered HALT and had a soft drink and a sleep instead.

So that's an AF February for me so far and life now back to more or less normal, thank goodness:D.

Take care all, and thanks Fay for the fantastic scoring, caught up with your lovely long post yesterday.
