Am not much better over here; without going into too much detail, lady problems at the base of why I'm so wiped out all the time. It's nothing serious, just exhausting

I realise that none of this is an excuse for my continued lack of FAFFing. I just can't seem to motivate myself for much atm, changing habits included

evening all - glugginf tea down ata rate of knots - to keep the bells quiet.....these bells are a pain in the arris are they not.

Glad I am not the only who looks at chicken things on ebay - I really am among friends!

London meet up sounds lovely - I am just too far away - but you know I really feel that it would be a lovely thing to do if I could. You all sound such lovely kind people. All of whom have been fab to me on this thread.

Hang in there tonight for a FAFF if you can - holby city is on again - shall i stay off the jelly beans though!!!

Just caught up with the thread now back from work - I am FAFFing tonight with a DVD and crocheting too! Should be AFD 15 tonight!

Plus I am feeling stronger than ever now I have 10 days AFD in a row - thought to myself today - how nice it is to have an early normal nights sleeps at the weekend and wake up with no chemicals exiting my system and after effects. Wake up normally at the weekend without an alarm and if it is early it's lovely to wake up naturally and no alcohol roughness. Looking forward to the same this weekend and alcohol has released its grip from me for a while and it's up to me to not let it grip itself back in my mind.

Just off the make some tea (missed pancakes last night as had a tea out so am redoing them tonight)

I think I will stock up on AF Ginger Beer at the weekend too and some nice sugary fizzy pop to cover the temptation of the weekend. Will call into the supermarket tomorrow for some and avoid the alcohol isle with no worries
