    Hi All,

    Sorry I've not reported in for a few days, we picked a virus up on the old computer, and we have had to reformat and reinstall allsorts so, I'm sorry I hav'nt been able to post.

    Fay, put me down for 17AF DAYS FOR FEB, please. The bells rang quite loudly this evening, so I stuck my fingers in my ears, and it did the trick. Will have to read back a few days to catch up.

    Hope everyone is okay. Love the Avatar Fay, I have lost 3.5 stone since giving up last Sept, so it can be done.
