    It just is some nights - the triggers kick off a craving or thousand. Are you nice and hydrated? Plenty of squash or pop, water or tea? Alievating thirst is a big help.

    Hold on Fay, keep on truckin' one drink leads to another and another and tomorrow is another day to look back and think why did I bother? It didn't help.

    Soz if I sound preachy - not meaning too - just wanting to support and say C'Mon girl you can do it if you want to!
