5th day AF for me today.

I really fancy a drink tonight but I won't as I know I will be drinking this weekend.
I am going to distract myself with my book and a bath later. Books really do work for me as the time passes by much quicker than if I'm watching telly.:T

    I hope everyone is okay.:A

  • Hello chaps and chappessesses

    Feeling brighter today :)

DD has 4 pals staying over - and tea's cooked :)

Managed to crack my head open (and I mean open!) on the fireplace putting on the bedsit fire for DD (that's where her sleepover is, in the now empty spare bedsit)
Nice big lump on my head and a cut - whoops - was a bit sore! Clumsy or what

    Hoping you're all OK

I'm in front of a different fire (we don't often have them both on!) and catching up on the news, emails etc

Will see what you've all been upto and post an update in a mo or twa.

    xx

    :hello:

Have a lovely week all of you who are having next week off especially you with your new family Mollypolly and hugs to MrMP too.

I, too, am finding it very difficult to wake up in the mornings. I still find it takes me a long time to get to sleep. I usually wake once in the night and then go back to sleep so heavily I need to remind myself I'm not hungover when I'm trying to prise my eyes open. I'll go with the theory we've a lot of catching up to do!

Glad to hear you're feeling better fay (except for the bump on the head!). Good to hear that DD has friends around.

    8AF please fay.

I am sure some of the regulars will be along later on to say Hi

Lovely Fay is scoring this month and some of us have set a target for Feb (FAFF) to be alcohol free (AF) or others take it day be day
