Why doesn't everyone write something on a piece of paper, put it in an envelope and address it to Adrian Kins at his home address, but don't put a stamp on it.

He will habve to go down to the post office who will charge him a £1 handling charge as well as postage.

By the way under the 1688 bill of rights no-one can fine you ot take money off you unless you have been convicted by a court and a jury of your peers. Parkin Fines are totally illegal.

If I ever did get a letter from this G24 I would write to the DVLA CEO and complain that the DVLA was giving out personal information of me to a third party. I might even threaten him with court action.

Could I do this?

Not that it is relevant to private parking tickets but that statement is simply not true. ...Numerous statutory bodies can and do issue monetary penalties which are provided for in statute law.


Let's stick to simple facts -Private parking companies can not fine you ..that's what people need to know.

yes of course you could do it but you would simply be wasting your time -the law provides that DVLA can release keeper data to third parties who have a "reasonable cause" to request it.
I'm not saying it's right but as it stands the chances of getting it ruled unlawful are somewhere between zero and zero !

A statute law requires the consent of the people. If you don't consent to that particuklar statute law the court will dismiss the case. because they don't want everyone knowing it. Plus it is not irrelevant as you put it.

So for an example of their blatant disregard for the Common Law of this land; the clause that says…That all Grants and Promises of Fines and Forfeitures of particular persons before Conviction are illegall and void…Quite clearly states that all fines given without first being tried in a court of law are void and subsequently so are all forfeitures. So why are many people paying fixed penalty fines and allowing forfeitures of their property before conviction? The simple answer is you do not know your own laws and the MP’s passing these Statutes/Acts to make you submit to this are illegally using these Statutes and Acts to fool you.

This relates to any fixed penalty fine given to you and any attempt to remove your property before you have been convicted in a court of law, by a jury of your peers (equals in status). This pertains to another clause found in Magna Carta 1215, article… [39] No free man shall be seized or imprisoned, or stripped of his rights and possessions, or outlawed or exiled, or deprived of his standing in any other way, nor will we proceed with force against him, or send others to do so, except by the lawful judgement of his equals or by the law of the land. So any court of law that denies your right to a jury, is acting outside of its lawful duty to uphold the Common Law of this land and this should be maintained by all those swearing the Judicial Oath of Allegiance. Please note a jury is the most powerful element in any court of law for they have the power to null a case and even to go against the law if they feel the law is unjust, hence why juries are being denied in the courts; even more evidence of the power of the people!!

Statute Law:� A Statute is a rule created by a representative governing body of a society designed to create common goals, which carries the force of law by the consent of the governed. A Statute only carries the force of law upon you if you consent to it. If you do not give your consent, a Statute cannot affect you in any way whatsoever. And the courts know this. You may not, but they certainly do and the last thing they will do is tell you. In point of fact they will hide this from you at every opportunity. On the other hand, if you tell them, they will accept it because they know it is actually true.
