    I sent them the customer ref number that came on te chitty in the jiffy bag with the dongle, HTH

    but the problem is I've lost it !!! and now I have to find confirmation e-mail

    If you go to https://www.o2.co.uk, then click on "Track Your Order" on the right hand side, then log in. This should then show your order with status *completed* and the order reference number is there.

    No points here either,ordered 23rd jan,rang up gave details have to wait 21 days,unreliable crap service nectar e stores are!!!
