Triple points terms and conditions

The nectar.com triple points promotion with O2 Mobile is open to all Nectar cardholders with a valid account.

The standard 1,250 Nectar points earned via nectar.com with O2 Mobile will be issued to collector's account according to the standard terms and conditions. Any transaction that is completed offline will not be eligible for this offer.

I sent them an email yesterday after waiting 30 days from order and got this in return:

Thank you for your email regarding your points from Nectar eStores.

Points are earned through Nectar eStores when you access the retailer’s website through https://www.nectar.com and can take up to 28 days to be added to your Nectar account.

The points you queried have not yet been added to your account. Please check you balance 28 days after your purchase was made. If your points have still not been added to your account, we will investigate and resolve this quickly for you.

Each time you click through to a retailer via Nectar eStores your account is updated with the ‘Click’ details. This is a unique identification number that enables us to track and credit the points for the transaction. Points are awarded from Nectar eStores and not the individual retailer.
On this occasion we have not been able to investigate your claim for Nectar points, as there are no records matching the retailer and date of the purchase you provided.

To collect points with Nectar eStores, third party cookies must be enabled and your Nectar card number entered as you click through the Nectar eStores portal. This needs to be completed before you click ‘Go Shopping’ with your chosen retailer.

If you do not have third-party cookies enabled or don’t enter your Nectar card number before you ‘Go Shopping’ we are unable to track your transaction to award points to your account.

from experience nectar never added points on time. I know at this stage it looks dodgy....but lets give it time. If there is nothing by the end of next week, then maybe we should be concerned.

Just checked and my order from the 23rd Jan has not received any points yet. Just sent my email off to the Nectar helpline.
