    I don't understand why they say 31 days, surely they are the same as quidco/topcashback which often take a few months. Why would o2 give nectar the cash in 31 days and 3 months for everyone else
  • i have sent an email to nectar but if no one on here has got the points then im guessing the offer was a mistake, is there any legal reason that means nectar have to honour the points?
  • Im so annoyed i cant email Nectar as have no reference number I cant find it and no sign of it on o2 orders!! :(

    yes - they ran an offer and they have to abide by the terms and conditions that we signed up to.

    If there was no legal protection then any company could make any offer that would generate billions for it, and then simply not honour it.

    The best thing to do is to keep contacting Nectar - it's like the More Th>n debacle on quidco, once hundreds of people were contacting More Th>N and making legal threats, More Th>n paid the £75 they owed.

    Phoned yesterday and was told 31 days from date of delivery (which makes it today) 'but give it another 2 weeks before calling back' they said it was showing on my account so I guess I'll get the points in the end??

    That is the same as me - got no e-mail confirmation, didnt actually get a 'despatch note' in the parcel and cant get logged on to the o2 website to check as its asking for a phone number to log in :mad:

    If you go into the pack, on the sim card is the phone number. HTH

    As well as my personal order I also placed an order for work through the Nectar business site, which I escalated when the points didn't appear. They have now credited 2500 "goodwill points" to the account so I've written to as them what is happening about the 1250 base points and also whether they are generally having a problem with o2 about this promotion. Will update if I hear anything.

    Ordered mine on the 23rd Jan So I reckon my points are 11 days late.
    As Nectar credit card charge £12 for late payment does anyone think that we should get a good will payment of 2400 extra points to compensate us for this delay. ;)
