it's been 31 days for me now - have just emailed them now.
Whether they are slow or not, it's a bit poor if they advertise it as 28 days and then dont deliver on that promise.0 -
Perhaps we should get the email address of someone higher up at Nectar and send them a link to this thread. The number of hits should make them a bit nervous and push them to get something sorted - or am I being a bit naive here?

Just read your post Gollfy so im off to email Nectar to see what they have to say!
Also been 31 days for me, if they tell me that they havnt tracked !!
Just been thinking, I used my mums Nectar account to go through, but used my own name to place the order on the 02 website. Do you think this may stop me from getting my points?0 -
Just got this reply from Nectar:

It says 31days after it was dispatched. but I think people normally leave a few extra days before complaining0

After my complain Nectar just asked me for transaction number,
I cant find any cofirmation e-mail from o2 in my inbox history please anyone can confirm that O2 send it to us after transaction???0 -
I recieved a 'thank you for your order' email with the order number quoted, I think this is what Nectar are asking for0
