has ANYONE received the nectar points?

Also, is it worth contacting O2 - this must be potentially damaging for 02, and they would put pressure on Nectar to honour the agreement

    Edit: I've emailed 02 via this: https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help

just fill out the form - for user ID and BT landline, I just clicked 'next' and it still worked

They've got until around the 18th March to get back to me (they said it takes 21 days to investigate), then I'll give them a call. I would've thought the points will be on by then though.

I ve just foned the nectar helpline on the back of my nectar card and informed them i haven t recieved my bonus points yet and its over 28days It says on my order conformation receipt that it was being despatched on the 26th of Jan so i guess i ordered round aboiut the 23rd of Jan. She was able to verify all i said and could tell id been on the o2 website through Nectar. Going to infrom her supervisor and sshe may need to speak to me but if not to check my points balance again after 5 working days. So i certainly will Nothings ever straightforward is it lol

I REALLY wouldn't recommend contacting O2 as their customer services are about the worst I have ever come across. Bear in mind that O2 are running promotions across everything at the moment and will have a lot of angry customers contacting them. If you do wish to start the process going with O2 then I would recommmend emailing their chief exec. Not sure if I am allowed to post his email here but it is available on.

I can confirm that the one listed is correct as I have had a response about another matter, although it remains unresolved as yet.

As well as my personal order I also placed an order for work through the Nectar business site, which I escalated when the points didn't appear. They have now credited 2500 "goodwill points" to the account so I've written to as them what is happening about the 1250 base points and also whether they are generally having a problem with o2 about this promotion. Will update if I hear anything.

They've now credited another 1500 points. Must be favouring business accounts as I've not had any points for my personal purchase!
  • Ordered mine on the 23rd Jan So I reckon my points are 11 days late.
As Nectar credit card charge £12 for late payment does anyone think that we should get a good will payment of 2400 extra points to compensate us for this delay. ;)
    Credit card terms
“8.2 A Late Payment Fee of £12 is payable each month if we have not received the minimum payment within 25 days of the statement date.”

same for me! I ordered on 23rd Jan, emailed them yesterday but still have no reply yet

btw i wrongly clicked 'thanks' instead of quote :p

In my dealings with Nectar over our business account (which has now been credited with the points) I have just received an email containing the following words

I have discussed this matter with the Nectar Online Shopping team and they have advised there has been a technical issue experienced with points being awarded for the O2 dongle but they have advised all outstanding points will be credited to collectors accounts who have not had them awarded manually as a goodwill gesture within 7 working days.

    Everything crossed then!

I rang on monday about my points and gave them the 3x 02 order no's and was told would be on my account in 3 days. Just looked on the off chance tonight and they are there. :j:j
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)
