It would be worth emailing customer support using their online form, printing that page before sending and then printing off the confirmation email.
I went into Adams this morning and asked if I could exchange the vouchers for gift vouchers. I was told no initially, but after producing the emails was told that the usual policy was not to but they would as a result of the email I had! (I exchanged 54 Nectar vouchers and came away with £405 in Adams vouchers!)Waddle you do eh?0 -
Managed to change £300 worth of vouchers today after the store called to Adams Customercare line to check. I will have to go back another day to do the rest. It took nearly one hour to do them. The shop only had one till and keep stopping to serve people. Each £10 voucher has to be individually keyed in to the till:eek: Good job I didn't have the kids with me. They also gave me a large selection of gift cards.
Next time I will go at 9.00 am when it is quiet.0 -

Only got a few bits and pieces left in my local Adams sale and I dont need any uniform. Not usually an Adams shopper so does anyone know if they have regular sales or is the next one likely to be in January? Do they do regular buy one get one half price type promos on stuff apart from uniform?
Any replies greatly appreciated.
J
Adams usually has sale through the year, they are currently in final clearance and today i marked down loads of the sale stuff to just £1! Buy one get on half price is usually on uniform throughout the year and there are sometimes bogohp on fashion lines too.:)0 -
I've not recieved my Adams vouchers yet, I redeemed day before offer ended.
Checked my balance online and they have been deducted....
how long should I leave it before I chase up with them ??I work for TUI Group of Companies. My companies ATOL/ABTA numbers are 2524 / D5299. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Travel Agent, so you need to take my word for it but Atol numbers can be checked on the Civil Aviation Authority website. This signature is here as I follow MSE's Travel Agent Code of Conduct.0 -

I would chase it up now. Why not send them an email. They probably have a bit of backlog as I think they must have been very busy that week.

I ordered mine on the last day of the promotion and am also still waiting to receive them. The email confirmation I received from them says to expect them within 10 working days.0 -
Went into my local Adams today, purchased two items to the value of £8, tried to pay with the 2 nectar vouchers and was told that I could only use one of them, because they can't exchange the rest for vouchers or give me money, I told her that you can exchange them for vouchers, but she said that she has been told not to. So I had to pay the 50p.
Please can someone give me an idea at what to do.0
