Try to be calm this happened to us last month and it was very sweaty. have you got online banking on your accounts? If you have transfer it out NOW, anywhere but out of that account. I didn't notice (OMG) until the Saturday last month and didn't do the online transfer until the Saturday which of course did not go out until the Monday and did not go to into the new account until the Wed. But n o one took it I think because it was in transit. However, I'm just thinking that if your have payments coming off at the new account on Monday (1st March) you need to run around from branch to branch to get it all sorted, kill your HR people, I was VERY terse with mine, trust me. I've got my fingers crossed for you

No idea how I became "delinquent" but apparently because I had been a perfect payer, I am slower to become delinquent???? I did speak to a wee woman at the number on my statement and she said she would try to escalate my delinquency so that they could stop the interest, but who knows? She did say the whole process to defaultig takes about three months and they don't stop interest until you are defaulted??

3 months, think I'm about to become deliquent then. Deliquent - failing in one's duty, guilty of a not very serious crime or in the US it means.....in arrears.

:mad::mad:Why are THE ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND using American terms???? They are so busy trying to be hip and global that their business nearly went down the pan and nearly took as all with it. God Give me patience:eek::eek::eek:

    I fee a bit delinquent to-day, I can tell you:eek:

I thought the wacko biccies were vey nice, and the Aldi chorizo is fab, looks like the stuff you actually buy in Spain and smuggle home, and about half the price, which is good cos I can't see a visit to Spain on the near horizon:o

  • Good news for a change:j:j:j

Just logged on to the CCCS website, and there it is in black and white, our huge debt pile has shrunk, just a bit but I think that is the first time it has actually gone down for many a long year:j

    Morning :)

    You'll like this….;)

Letter from HSBC (loan) yesterday and apparently ‘During our recent conversation we agreed to call you back last week.’….Errrrrr you obviously spoken to an imposter as it wasn’t me!...’Since then we have endeavored to contact you on several occasions (I know, you stalk me) without success’.

They then go on to say if I’m still have ‘financial difficult’ (urrrrgggh I hate that term) I should call them.

At the moment I’m deciding whether to phone them or not!

Anyway…weekend’s nearly here and I’m looking forward to doing absolutely nothing!

I was the first person in the queue at LLoyds this morning. Went to the lady and asked quietly, I would like to withdraw £900 please. She started to type and the computer said NO! She then went to the lady next to her and said could you try this on your computer, "I think its because it is the first transaction of the day". Oh yes, I was sweating and shaking and the second ladies computer said YES!!!! I could not get out of that darn bank quick enough. Ran to Barclays as quick as I could and deposited it there! Phew.

Now I will phone up my Assistant Manager and ask why did my wages not go in correctly. I bet he has not sent the form or if he did it was late. My company changes bank account details immediately, I know I have worked for them long enough!!.

Im so sad, as when I found out what had happened I pushed my husband out of the way and I said " get off that computer, I have to go and ask my friends what to do!!"
Thankyou for all your good lucks as they really came in handy. Thankyou all once again. I really feel that you can just jump on the pc and support is at the end of your fingertips.:T

Have a lovely weekend is I dont jump on again today.
