  • Hi Vic,

If you can, I would phone them and get it out of the way. Then you can enjoy your weekend.
I had HSBC stalking me all week and then finally I waited (they were calling the same time every day twice a day) and then found out they had accepted my offer and were happy with that. However, I would still receive the phonecalls from collections, ummmmm?:)

  • well done naughty mummy, I bet you got your cardio today belting down to that bank! So glad it is resolved, could have quietly strangled my financial person at work when he didn't change ours. Good to know there are real people working at these banks

Phew Naughty Mummy, that goodness you've sorted it! I couldn't sleep the night before last worrying that dh's wages would go into the wrong account. Although the bank have sent the mortgage dd confirmation saying that it starts on the 1st april not 1st march, transfered money from co-op acc but it wont be there in time. Going to have to phone them but don't want to very scared of them!!!!

    Hi Mama

I'm going to tell you off here, you are the BANK'S CUSTOMER, if you need them to do something, get on the phone and tell them what you want. They are paid wages to be YOUR customer SERVICES person, so get to it:eek::eek:

Really, mama they have an obligation to serve you and you certainly shouldn't be scared of them. Be strong and assertive and if it helps pretend in your head that you are talking to a naked person:eek:, makes me relax at difficult presentations, 300 naked bodies there:rotfl::rotfl:and me in charge with my clothes very firmly ON.

Good luck and remember, be strong.

  • Hi Mama
Good day, had money left in account at end of month (first time in years), sorted out budgets as all money actually arrived in right account this month, and seem to have sorted out 20 out of the 22 creditors on our tail. Also was able to see 1st payment on CCCS website, so all in all, not too bad so far. Might even have a small aperitif this evening....

    How is the exploding bottom?

Sounding good PDD:T, most definately deserving of an aperitif or two!:beer:Please have a virtual glass of wine on me, a nice one and not a three bottles for a £10 one, not that i'd be able to pick you a nice one but the thought's there.
We had £25 left, unheard of in the last well 20 years really!
Exploding bottom seems to have stopped his amazing antics, 24 hours now, don't think I need to collect the sample for the gp anymore:j, of course he gets better once he's seen the doc!
