Don't be upset about the payments coming out, I'm sure it's just me they will appear. They might even appear tonight. I think I'm just impatient and want to see the result NOW!!!
me too, right this minute if possible, i see it as reward for getting this far, and I want it now!!!!:rotfl::rotfl:More than Two Years in

Morning All!
I just waked up! What a lovely sleep
PPD - I'm still :rotfl: BNP? Love it :rotfl:!!
It's all gone very quiet around here, no phone calls, no letters.... oh well, roll on Monday - first lot of payments getting sent :j hopefully that will elicit some responses!
Had a bit of good/bad news though - DH's new job which he starts on 6th April send their salary payments on 15th instead of the end of the month! I'm not sure whether they will get him on the payroll quick enough to give him two weeks wages on 15th April or whether we're going to have a 6 week gap between paydays !! Think I'm going to have to squirrel a bit of cash to one side just in case - I'm just glad I didn't commit to a payment date to all the money grabbers!!
Hope we're all ok, welcome noob!! Hugs all round xxxPaddle #8 DFW Nerd #12840 -

Good Morning!
FINALLY I have something to report (well, sort of!).
Cap1 – letter from them saying they’d received my letter but it wasn’t signed so they can’t do anything until I sign something. A stalling tactic is seems and a load of BS
Nationwide (overdraft) – a fairly nice letter saying they’d received my letter of Feb 14th (the one I sent with my token payment, so AFTER my DMP notification letter from CCCS) saying they’d like to assist me in my meeting (?) with the CCCS and stated the following -
Current rate of interest is 1.45% (how does this sound? I’m a bit rubbish with these things!)
Currently no arrangement being applied
The arrears are the same as the o/s balance (?)
The minimum payment acceptable is £10 per month, which has to be accompanied with a statement of means (this isn’t a problem at CCCS is giving them £20 a month).
It ends by saying they are under no obligation to accept Bla. Bla. Bla.
Not quite sure what to do next as they’ve been sent proposal and statement of means but CCCS so I’m assuming it’s in their system somewhere. As my DMP can’t start until April I’ll continue with token payments until then.
Sorry for waffling, thought this may help any of you dealing with NationwidePaddle No 16

Sorry i don't understand what they are talking about either, talk about plain English:eek:
I would check the interest rate though, is that per year, which is good, or is that per month:eek::eek: whiich is NOT good:eek:
the other thing to be aware of is have they stopped charges, it doesn't say anything about that. Hope this helps:)More than Two Years in

Morning True!
I had the same issue when I started my current job - went from being paid on the 25th to the 15th and started on the 7th (I think). Basically because they pay you 2 weeks in advance and 2 weeks in arrears, in theory they should pay him on the 15th (but it may be slightly less as he's starting on the 6th and not 1st)...but this all depends on how quick their payroll dept is. I'm sure if he asks they'll be able to tell him.
I hope that makes sense!Paddle No 16

While waiting for Pay Plan to phone me this afternoon I've had a busy morning changing my DDs. Going swimmingly until I wanted to change the Rent, they asked that I do it in an email. So am waiting a response to my request to confirm the email address before sending details like that over the web. Kind of silly, I know, that I was happy to give details over a phoneline but an email seems more unsecure. Good news when changing the Gas lady says I was in credit so has changed the monthly payment, saved nearly £8. Am deciding if I should just send token payments this month, even though I would have money not to miss payments. Does sound a tempting idea to save a little bit more if the DMP is going to happen anyway and both PP phonecallers have said send a token payment. Bit like LIBT I feel a bit odd doing that. Just need the courage I guess and this board certainly empowers you:T
Never had much delings with children, looks like I've missed out on exploding tummys:eek:
BTW when the lady from PP phoned on Tuesday she said some paperwork had already been sent to and she would send more, nothing has arrived. Only an email with my income etc came over two weeks ago. Anyone else hve to wait along time with PP? I do have my reference number from the email if I do send token payments. Guess i need to see what the lady says this pm.Paddle No 21 :wave:0
