Hi everyone. Thanks for your kind words. did slept a bit better although took me ages to drop off couldnt get dmp, banks and thinking about what will happen next out of my head. Suppose just now need to wait for my CCCS pack and my new bank details. next loan payment is due out on 1st March, do I pay that as normal until the DMP is set up?

    Hi Candypop,

I can remember not being able to sleep as I was constantly adding and subtracting in my head...

Unsure re the bank loan, can you afford it? If not, you could send a token payment...

Thanks think I will pay it as normal. Not sure about the CC's tho. At least the sinking feeling in the bottom of my stomach has gone for now. At times I was physically sick. Got letter from Halifax they are increasing my credit limit.... dont they realise that there maybe a reason I have only been able to afford the min payments.
  • Candy - Personally I wouldn't I'd start with the token payments straight away, hopefully you should have your DMP pack through this week, if not I'd just send a token payment with covering letter explaining what you plan to do. Then you can have a little bit of money to put aside.
  • Candy - At least you're facing up to this, rather than taking another card up to limit like we all have before now.

Thanks I was thinking of that just paying what I normally do each month, until I hear from CCCS. CCCS have said they want bank statements so putting them together and details of creditors to send also gonna concentrate on changing banks and DD's. No council tax and water bills this months so I should be okay to cope.

    Mama, you must be shattered!!

True, glad you've not opened your post, it really helps me, especially on Fridays evenings...and some of them are closed at weekend leaving you left with the worry til Monday..

PDD - just thinking about you earlier as I was watching the news...do you think if you come into money you will be buying cheap shares in Lloyds/HBOS ???(she says running away quickly)

eh no I don't think Ill bother, bad money after bad money unless I could vote to cut all those huge salaries....... that would be OK maybe???
