When you sent your letters did you send to the payment address?

Barclaycard and CrapOne are still playing silly beggers, and I'm having a major wobble about all this now

:hello: Morning everyone and welcome noobs!

Well done Losing and Prof Pat!!!

Off for my second shift in the chip shop today, got butterflies a bit but I am really up for it! Going to throw every available penny at the debts now, I've decided I want to be debt free by the time I'm 30, which is about 18 months away, its gonna be awesome :D and I reckon I can do it - I have a goal :j

Happy Thursday everyone, have a lovely day!!

I sent mine to the payment addresses, I know they get there! What are they doing? Just ignoring you?

  • Barclaycard are ringing hourly, and Capital One actually sent someone to the house.

    Morning All! :hello:

    Sounds like we're all getting there....slowly ;)

HSBC are definitely competing for the 'most calls in one day prize'! - 7 times on my mobile yesterday, and once this morning. The more they call the more determined I am not to answer. From previous conversations with HSBC (and their call centre in god knows where)...they are completely useless and sound like they're reading from a script!

Still no letters, getting bored now...Next did send me an email confirming my token payment has been credit to my a/c but that's it.:(

Oh well, onwards and upwards...I'm off to make tea :D

  • :)Good morning all!! Hello and welcome to all the newbies too many to mention. I have been at work and not been able to catch up.

Losing- Well done you. You must feel great now.
Coffee Break- How did your mystery shop go? I did mine for the first time yesterday.
True 27- Yummy to you and your OH!

Just received a letter from LLOYDS thanking me for my letter and would I fill in their monthly breakdown. Quick call to the CCCS counsellor and the answer is NO do not fill it in!!!! Oh ok, straight into the DEBT FREE IN 2018 folder it has gone.
All my creditors have refused to accept the offer. I bet they will accept the payment on the 25th though ???

Have a good day. Sending sunny smiles to all:)

Seriously? Cap1 sent someone to your house? Bloody Hell!:eek::eek:

What did you do/say? I can't believe they've done that! Have you spoken to CCCS? What did they advise?

    Have you made token payments?

Sorry for all the Qs...stick with it, you'll get there in the end :grouphug: xxx

Blimey thats not on! Have you sent the harrassment letter to Barclaycard? I can't believe they sent someone to your house! I'm *fairly* sure they're not allowed to do that, something is ringing bells about that. The harrassment letter can probably be tailored to stop that too.

HSBC defo read from a script, last time I accidentally answered to them I tried to sell them some double glazing, was no point in actually trying to communicate with them!

  • Hello and wow, you've been busy, going to have to lock self away from children to keep up with all these posts! Was only away two nights!
A big hello to all the newbies:Tyou've come to a great place!

Had a lovely time, was terrified when looked at the call log at home, but there had been no calls....
letters from cccs for self and dh's mbna accounts, saying that they'd refused to accept reduced payment proposal because a larger payment was required, but also letters from mbna for us both saying that because we could only afford our dmp amount each month our account was placed on a severe hardship programme and late, over limit fees and interest charges will be suspended.:undecided Now confused!?
Suppose I'd better phone cccs and ask them! That's what you'd tell me to do!
    Have a good day!
