Sorry people of loveliness need to vent:mad::mad::mad::mad:
Been fighting with bt to get a refund - they'd been charging us twice for broadband - once on bill and another time on a separate dd. The admitted their error and it has taken three months for them to refund. Told them not to pay it to old dd account, but to new one and they've gone and sent it to the old account, with the od, part of the dmp. The od they are charging £1 less in interest for than the cccs payment. Been on the phone to IF trying to make them give it back. No no no. £190so piddled off.
Do you think bt will give it to me again?
Hope your day is going better than mine!DMP mutual support thread member 371LBM Jan 2010DMP Paddle No 20 -
Oh definitely worth a phone call to BT, see if they can recall the payment. Moan a bit more too see if you can get any more out of them! £190 is too much not to try and get back - good luck!Paddle #8 DFW Nerd #12840

Was in a bad enough mood to check egg online statement and it says zero interest! So that's good. £190 is worth so much more now! Will phone later when I can talk without the boys beating each other to a pulp.DMP mutual support thread member 371LBM Jan 2010DMP Paddle No 20

did I miss lunch, sounds like fun, esp in the snow. We're all flooded out round here, no trains or metro and the tyne nearly came over onto the quayside. That would have been an interesting sight.
 OMG mama the same kinda thing happened with my back payment from the DLA. I hadnt changed the bank details so they sent nearly £400 to my frozen acc :eek::eek: I badgered a very charming man on the phone at DLA and they said the payment would bounce back to them and he would personally make sure it went into right account... phew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Could have cried if Id lost the money.

I've been trying to work out where the mid point for all of us hangliding trolley bashers is - so far coming up with Manchester or Birmingham, unless we build that raft and float over to see Gabs- just thought the sound of half price sangria would appeal to us all and it might be something worth saving up for! Any ideas?

Hi to you all,
Hope you dont mind me joining in, im starting a dmp with cccs soon just waiting to finalise all my amounts first and want to get a new bank account opened before i start, feeling very nervous and scared at the minute. Just wondering what all paperwork and information I will need to send into cccs, i know they will want payslips but do they need confirmation of my priority outgoings as well? any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
