    Hi to you all,

Hope you dont mind me joining in, im starting a dmp with cccs soon just waiting to finalise all my amounts first and want to get a new bank account opened before i start, feeling very nervous and scared at the minute. Just wondering what all paperwork and information I will need to send into cccs, i know they will want payslips but do they need confirmation of my priority outgoings as well? any info would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

    This thread is brilliant!

    Hiya Andy!!

Welcome aboard the SS Trolley Bash :D

I'm self managing so I haven't sent anything too personal to anyone, but lots of the girls are with CCCS so I'm sure they'll be along with all the info soon!!

Can I just check, are you a male Andy (and therefore Prof Pat's only competion :D)?

AndyD you dont need to send payslips, all you need is copies of current statements from all creditors, or at least the acc numbers and balances, also stuff like child tax credit. But if you give them a rinf they will tell you exactly what they need from you personally. My memories gone blank, but Im sure they send you a letter tell you what they need anyways.
Its all scary stuff at the beginning, but it does get easier and once underway, you will wonder (like me) how come its all gone quiet... And :j for taking the plunge.

We're a cracking bunch and any questions, just fire away :D

I feel your pain nataz - although mine is more 'sod-off and leave me alone' work boredom and people getting on me nerves

I just want to go home and get in bed...

Just a quick question - anyone managed to get out of an O2 phone contract? My lovely BF is stuck in an O2 contract until Feb next year but as his work is all over the shop at the moment would be so much better to go PAYG....happy to stay with O2, just wanted to know if they'd cancel contract?....assuming they'll slap on a big fee :(

    Hi All!

Well just come back from work and the highest bits of Dartmoor are covered in snow - not my bit though (I live on the edge).

Have just picked up another letter from M&S - Statutory Arrears notice which they send me every month to say my last two minimum payments have not been received by their due date - noooooooooo that's why I've got a DMP:mad:!! No aknowledgment of the DMP though even though due dates are now 25th:mad:
One day they may work it out for themselves!!!

Good news was that I get to keep my company car for a wee bit longer! Had an email last night to say it will now be picked up after Easter!! Goody Goody - that means I can still use the fuel card and have a couple of away days over Easter:j:j:j

    Catch you later
