Starting my DMP on 1st Feb... Anyone want to join me?

Thanks guys, my bank account is not connected with any so thats ok. I cancelled all my DD's in Jan as my bank were charging £25.00 per bouncey bounce!! That was the Natwest for you.....now closed that account.

I know when I get my post today there will be letters demanding payments...do I send or wait for DMP letters?

Morning all, I'm starting to think about things other than my DMP, budgeting etc first thing in the morning and last thing at night, after months of shallow breathing, tossing and turning!! Hope it lasts......

it will, I quite like logging on to see the money in the bank account, its such a novelty!!! Its the 22nd of the month, we don't get paid until last day and there is money there, not a lot but real money, no overdraft, no sneeky CC cheque payment, real live our money!!!

Personally, I would put them to one side and hang on until you get your CCCS pack and then reply and send tokens. Do you have an expected start date for the DMP?

I was terrible with the CC cheques too. I was only when MBNA decided to stop clearing mine without warning and for no reason ( a few weeks before Christmas :eek:) that my LBM was forced upon me!

Not as yet, just got and returned the paperwork to say please go ahead. The website says around 4 weks from start to finish.

I'd guess 1st May would be your official start date then, so maybe just one month's worth of token payments. Well done for taking the plunge!!
