:jGreat news re MBNA Vic! We still don't know about a couple of ours, suppose we'll know for sure when we get a statement after they've received the first payment from cccs!

These :eek:ing banks are just laws unto themselves, I have tried and failed to remove all phone numbers off internet banking, the only ones I've successfully managed to mess up are the ones when I've changed the mobile number to my old old one, that's still mine, so none is getting my calls!? Just so annoying.
Think I'd love any phone that someone else paid the bill for!

Hi ljm, when I spoke to b'card and gave cccs number they did call off the dogs....don't think any of them know what's going on..from what I gather the phone people don't know who or why they are calling until you answer and go through security, then they can see your info....I seemed to have to say i'm on a dmp with cccs this is my number, you should have the info before the call centre pressed the button to stop the calls or something like that.

If I was you and had the truecall I'd not bother dialing 1471 and let ignorance be bliss?!

That makes sense, I can't help myself though!

They have continued to call every 3 hours or so all day, and I now remember that my notification of DMP was sent with the token payment and I clearly stated do not phone as I will be unable to take calls. We home educate so I can't be dealing with these calls and having this stress:mad:

    Morning my lovelies, happy Monday?

Just bagged up a load of loose change I found in the shed (of all places lol) at the weekend, enough to give each of the nasty nine a fiver so I'm off to the Post Office in a bit (how awesome is that??? :D)

Well the rugby was a bit pants, I didn't even bother with the second half when I got back from work! Your boys certainly put in the better performance in the first half PDD!

Right, off to put some slap on and hide the bags! Hope it turns out to be a happy Monday!! xxx

You're right True, rugger wasn't up to much, our guys need to learn to finish!!!!, in a rugger sort of way, they seem to be doing ok and then don't get to the end result, a try

wanders off trying to remember the last great Scottish try....................

    Morning:)

Happy training PDD ! Can't comment on the rugby as don't get it, or any other sport really, except when ds2 was born he did look like he'd been in a rough game and midwife said he'd the shoulders of a rugby player!
:T True pots of money in the shed....hurray!

Ljm - let your truecall do its stuff and try not to worry and get stressed:mad: about who's calling...anything nice on the home ed front today? dd is off school poorly but the paracetamol has turbo charged her, so am going to do some
    co-ordinates games with her.

Hope everyones having a good day!

    Morning All ,

Aw, guess who remembered to call me on Mother's Day...how sweet... CRAP ONE Grrrr

Nataz, hope you are still feeling a bit better.

VicB, will invest in some cherry vodka, sounds yum, although thinking about it, don't they sell cherry coke too? Which works out cheaper, only one way to find out....FIGHT...sorry, Harry hill influence creeping in there...a side effect of not being able to go out on the razz...!

ljm23k - can you unplug the phone whilst you're educating during the day?

PDD - haven't had the delight of seeing them get a good kicking yet this morning... I'm still looking forward to those election campaign bods to start calling at my door so that I can raise the topic...

Well folks, have a good day. I'm off to the post office for month 3 of the token saga... hate the postal order machine, it goes wurr wurr and VERY slowly churns them out one by one... Zzzz

I have the phone set at starred callers only so the only folk who can get through are friends and family who would only call me during school hours if they really needed to

Lol... I do that too... think I do it to see if they have actually taken notice of my harassment letter...I'm about to follow their (Cap One) complaints procedure about it, then it's the OFT...

hopefully I won't have to go that far, my DMP is set to start on April 1st so they only got one month of token payments, fingers crossed!
