CCCS - I've just contacted them an will receive a pack in a few days. What does it entail? ie. what do I have to do & what does CCCS do?
I'm assuming that I'll still get calls from creditors once it's in motion?
That some dont have to agree? What happens then?
I've just cancelled my dd's and had a letter from Sainsburys saying they culdn't collect this months payment - what should I do? - I've been in touch with them over the last week but they wanted me to agree to another loan over a longer term which doesn't really help the situation......

don't take another loan
the pack will arrive from CCCS
you sign and return
they write to your creditors telling them you've entered a DMP.
They (CCCS) will give you a letter in the pack to send to your creditors to tell them your in your DMP.
Some creditors may phone you
some creditors may write and just accept
CCCS will set up DD for you to pay your payment
and its all sorted
seemples (well not really but you'll definitely sleep better and it is on its way to being sorted):):):):D

mmmm, must be English cos i don't think we get it here but then not a great fan of beer.
but I have been my holidays to England and still don't recall it, must have missed it. Will write it down and if I can ever afford to go on hols to England again will have one for you True.
