Well so far I havent heard anything back about the BofS mess. Theres no way Im ringing them again, honestly you have to go through 3 seperate menus before getting to speak to someone, who just tells you the same stuff :mad:

In a strange turn of fate, BoS have no record of one of my 3 Credit cards, how ridiculous. I owe them 6k on it!!!!!! It's also not on my credit file. A large single malt for me tonight to take away the bewildement!!!!!
