Cheers mate- that sounds interesting, Legal stuff though does baffle me somewhat! Let me know how you get on.

It really is peaks and troughs at the minute - felt so stressed last night about waiting for my new account to open so I could get things moving and now that I had my account details and cash card in the mail today plus the phone call from Payplan, I can move on!

Judging from my own experience and most of the others here, the peaks and troughs soon level out and the stress goes away and becoming DF starts to feel like a reality! Good luck :D

Ok, I leave you all for a evening and you've all gone completely mad! ;)

Nothing to report...again. Still calls from HSBC...9pm!?

I'm off tomorrow and Monday (my Best Friends Wedding on Sat :j:j) so I may bite the bullet and just call HSBC tomorrow.

It's been over a month now and nothing really, from anyone....anyone else's creditors this slow? I even checked my Virgin (MBNA) and Barclaycard online statements and nothing :(

Oh well, have a happy Thursday! x

Large DS is packed along with lady love, just let me know where they need delivering to and they're on their way. Have even given more bread for the journey:rotfl::rotfl:

Nice day here in sunny Scotland:T did I say sunny Scotland?????

It might not be a bad idea to call HSBC, the wondering is always worse than the actual, and remember they are just people, possibly confused people, but people.

I am definitely going to have a NSD to-day as am working from home, so no bread to-day, no nothing coming out of the purse, strictly closed for business.

    Have a good day all:)

Heres to a NSD today PDD, I went into town yesterday and got a ickle bit carried away. I blame my kids, their stuff just shouldnt be so cute :D

Welcome to all the new faces, sorry I havent had a chance to reply properly to you all, dont get long on here between baby duties! Hope you are all getting your heads around all the paperwork and bank changes. Its bizarre how quickly it all goes quiet. I havent had any nasty letters for ages now and the calls have all stopped. Kinda feel a bit lost now, got nought to do except try and spend very little... still working on that one :rotfl:

Losing just wondered how it was all going? Has OH come round to it all yet. Hope so :)

True hows the fish going? Must be fab to be bringing in all that extra cash :)

Hi all - sent my letter and statements back to CCCS last night. Working through changing my DD's to new bank. Woke up during the night in a hot sweat as I had totally forgot about contacting tax credit and child benefit to change bank payments. Rang them this morning first thing to sort that out. Going to sort out letters to creditors tonight or tomorrow and will send off token payments. Closing son's savings account at lunchtime which is with my current bank and moving cash over to new coop account just in case they take it. Had a look at truecall website looks pretty good would get one but bit too expensive for the moment. Plus I changed my telephone number recently and am sure I didnt inform Creditors so they wont be able to contact me anyway.
