You can set it to allow starred callers only, that is people you know and trust and you have listed their number as a star caller. You can even set up a code to give friends and family if they have to use a phone no that the truecall doesn't know. Or if you know the numbers you want to block you can set it to just do that. If you look at their website, you can see the user manuals in pdf form. You also get a web account free for the first year so you can view all the callers who have tried to get through but haven't. You can set it to either tell them to get lost or to just hear ringing as if you aren't home. I'll write a review when I get it up and running!!
