How is DS? Hope tonight is better.
First statement from mbna, interest is zero :jbut payment date is 15th March. I asked cccs if I needed to phone all creditors and ask them to change the date, they said no they'd done that in their communication with them, any ideas????DMP mutual support thread member 371LBM Jan 2010DMP Paddle No 20 -

Hey MamaJ
Hope you get some sleep tonight.
I Didn't ring the CCCS about this but had the same thing with MBNA. I just rung them up and said that the CCCS pays around the 25th. The guy was super helpful changed it on the phone. Job done. Its up to you how you want to play it. I also did this with the Royal Bleepers of Scotland.

Welcome happy haddock
I did say this was a great thread!!! I didn't phone MBNA and tell them anything and they still didn't charge me interest so I guess it doesn't matter either way. You lot have been very busy to-day while I was out dealing with pernickety small businessmen! This thread just keeps growing. Hope the wee laddie is better Nataz, its awful when they are sick. I think you shouldn't signanything with your real signature in case they haven't got an enforcable agreement as some naughty DCAs have allegedly been known to resort to a bit of cutting and pasteing???More than Two Years in

Re: signing - I agree with PDD, you just never know (and wouldn't put anything past) the majority of these banks etc.
Didn't manage Aldi today, DH took me to the bank and chemist but I was wibbly wobbly so we didn't risk Aldi. Think I might try on my own tomorrow - it sounds daft but when I have DH to cling onto I almost panic more because I'm tense and clingy IYSWIM?
Sent off tokens this morning, still haven't had anything in writing so hopefully this will spur them on a bit!Paddle #8 DFW Nerd #12840 -
Sorry to hear about little 'un Nat, hope he has a better night tonight. I'm guessing you've sent BoS your SOA?
No to be honest, I did ring CCCS about it, but I think I just came of the phone even more confused. Im sure I read somewhere that we dont or shouldnt have to send our SOA to creditors but I could be amking that up. Ive put the question on the CCCS board so hopefully someone will tell me what to do.
If he doesnt have a better night Im checking into a hotel. Tried sleeping downstairs but could still hear himYou must be super woman Mamajojo to cope with no sleep all that time. Thats the only bit about having kids I hate - I just luvvvvvvv my sleep

Thought about asking for that for my bd present, a night in a hotel ON MY OWN! Fraid not super woman more deranged (spelling?) woman.
I'm also sure I've read that you shouldn't have to send a soa to your creditors when dmp with cccs, hope you get a nice clear answer to your question!DMP mutual support thread member 371LBM Jan 2010DMP Paddle No 20
