Nope! Must admit I was tempted but didn't bother in the end (must've had my money SAVING hat on that day)....

Although this thread seems to get renewed every month with more complaints....

I feel sorry for people getting ripped off by this little w:mad:nker taking money off fellow MSE'rs and dishing out crap service!!

I've just had some Freesias delivered and they are appalling, half the young buds broken, all different length stems and quality is terrible. Just sent them an email and said I would see what MSE has to say about them recently.

Not been well so thought some flowers might cheer me up - now even more fed up ;-(

Had previous freesias and they were great but now they've really gone to the dogs.

Well, I complained to Russel (VF's MD) and told him how dissatisfied I was. He replied, promptly and courteously and said he would send a bunch and a box of chocs. True to his word he did. A huge bunch from interflora and a box of chocs.
All I can say is well done to the man, he stood by his promise. Sadly, the situation should never have arisen in the first place.
Still cancelled my subscription though. Seems there are issues he needs to deal with before people will start to us VF again. Shame as it sempt to be the ideal present for my mother....
I shall monitor this forum and if there is a marked improvement in the quality of service and flowers i shall reinstate my subscription.

PMSL... that says it all when a flower company uses a rival to send flowers out because they can't guarantee the quality of their own,....

its the 26th of March! Flower time- I wonder what i am going to expect if anything! Is my mother going to give me painful comments about Waitrose Sainsburys and every other bugg#er who does a better quality flower!

aFTER MY COMPLAINT SENT BY CITY LINK REPLACEMENT IMMEDIATLY .They were received the next day
Quality = 2 bunches from MARKS AT £5 a bunch
Lets hope they live long:)
