  • No flowers this month either for me (January), complained to MD and to British Florist Association, who are now monitoring them.
They told me that watchdog has investigated a company the owner had selling internet flowers 2 years ago Read following linkhttp://www.ciao.co.uk/daisy2roses_com__5109102

    So expect anything different?
Everybunch photograph, then send a letter registered demanding moneyback and then hand the case to Trading Standards, after all the flowers were reduced from £2oo plus quid originally. But you do pay for what you get, and originally people took this offer with quidco and paid £80 for the year
But we do expect what were were sold and that is bunches of live attracted sented flowers not anything less
In defense I have had lovelly sented narcissa once, but the quality has to remain constant.
Also has anyone managed to redeem petal points another impossible minefield!
If the quality is good im a customer but once this fails im your worst customer, and will involve TRADING STANDARDS etc
I have ordered a lot of value of flowers from valueflora but trying to talk to somebody is an impossibility and if the flowers drop in quality again after the next delivery I will involve trading standards
I have been promised this month a special delivery from a local supplier to replace the flowers which did not arrive by the end of January, I will report on the quality of them and any future dips, took me 4 days of agro to force action by valueflora.
They burnt the public once before but I am sure they want to sell flowers of quality. Hardly stimulating burning the public continuously (or is it?)
Any way spent too much time on this topic now, but please all report back on this thread, collectively a complaint has more weight. Any web-developer want to throw a sight up where we can add are names to , if the future flowers are below pare

Had a bunch of flowers delivered from local florist today by valueflora to replace the one which did not arrive last month- spent a lot of time doing it too! Got satisfaction, they are apparantly nice flowers and not giving a reason for my mother to b1tch at me
Will monitor my next delivery's and will, if unsatisfied be the first to bring issue!
  • That website is so annoying !
I used bunches.co.uk you get some sweet flower choccies with them too
  • I have today had a gorgeous bunch delievered from a local florist to make up for all the messing about, maybe they are changing after all the complaints? Peed off that my £60 worth of Petal Points are down to £6 though now :-(

I too have failed to recive Februarys flowers despite being charged for them. Januarys bunch were not exactley sparkling either but at least they arrived (could have gotten the same for a 10th of the price from my local market).
My emails have gone unanswered and i have cancelled the subscription payments. Be warned. This is only gonna get worse...Avoid like the plauge.
  • DON'T GET THESE PLEASE! I treated myself last year and I wish I hadn't. I have not had one nice bunch. I now buy for £1.99 in tesco and they are nicer. WASTE OF MONEY!
  • where can i find them on QUIDCO - am i being dumb?!!!!!!!!!
