I just received my October flowers today - a bit disappointing again - just OK.

Their email ( in response to mine saying I had not received October delivery) did however say that they had some new growers coming on board in time for the November delivery who would be better quality and quantity so I will wait and see and hope!

Don't get excited - I got my November delivery this morning and it was the narcissi that have been on offer......
I had a feeling this might happen.
They are completely appalling - I wouldn't give them a second glance at M&S where I usually buy flowers, and as my husband isn't allowed to buy flowers at a garage (lol) these would never have made it through the door.
This whole offer has been a disastrous rip off.
I have photgraphed this delivery and sent an email with it so we will see what happens.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Three bunches of poor narcissi, I am hoping thet when out of bud they will look better, but I would never buy them and not worth the equvolent monthly amount.

I am on the fence on this one. I do admit to praising them on this board on previous occassions.

My Nanna who I got this deal for is a country lady whos life passion is flowers. She hasn't said a bad thing about the flowers shes received although she may be trying not to hurt my feelings!!!

I have seen a couple of these monthly flowers personally and would say there are worth what they actually cost, including the quidco discount. I wouldn't go as far as saying its been a disaster order or always garage like flowers. It appears now some of us are getting different ones.

My complaint is that each months flower should have been listed at time of purchase so we all knew what we were getting. I think I have been put off now from any monthly order as I feel its a bit of a lottery whether you feel you got value for money each month or not.

I highly recommend their standard orders although as previously stated they use funny sales tactics such as pointless RRP marked up prices to lure you into a false sense of security. I do believe though what you actually pay after discount + quidco is a sensible price and bearing in mind free delivery and how easy it is to deliver flowers to loved ones using them. They are still competively priced.

If you want premium flowers, interflora and their price tags are for you.
  • This is my reply....

    .Dear Lesley

    Thank you for your email.

I am very sorry to hear that you have been so disappointed with your flowers
    this month.

I can assure you that the flowers you received were to value.
The Narcissi you have recieved, do take a few days to bloom, so they can initially give the appearance that they are dead, but I assure you that they are not.

Should you have any further queries then please do not hesitate to contact
    me again.

    Kindest Regards

So the value is for the 'real' price, or the discount price???
This is just a big rip off, and I am very sorry that I signed up now, as it is a reminder each month when I will get another crappy bunch of flowers.

'If you want premium flowers, interflora and their price tags are for you.' - that's fair enough, but when they advertise it at one value and you have to use a code to get the discount price, you do expect something a little better than these paltry offerings - they seem to be getting worse.

I got my flowers yesterday and they were VERY poor. I emailed asking for a refund as I have had to complain on several occasions now and their promise of better quality and quantity from their new growers this month had not materialised. I received a reply saying they would refund my remaining subscription and I have accepted. Lets hope the cheque arrives soon.

I have been offered a refund for the remaining years' amount. They are unrepentant about the narcissi disaster, and she said these are different to the ones that were in the promotion - goodness knows what state they were in!
Sadly I think this company is worth giving a miss - unreliable quality, and unable or unwilling to rectify the bad flowers they are sending.
