i do this too. i also shower in the dark sometimes, my bathroom door faces the door to the close (i live in a flat) so light comes in through the window, noone can see in and i find it a little less stressful on my eyes in the mornings.
i buy chicken breasts when on bogof offers then freeze them individually and defrost as desired, keeps portion sizes down too as i'm not forced to eat four breasts myself in a couple of days.
oh and i freeze bread and just remove from freezer as needed cause i can never finish a whole loaf by myself before it goes fausty!0

I didn't think I was particularly tight but this morning I re used a padded envelope which had not been franked and added the rest of the postage to send somthing to Australia. What's more I stuck an envelope over the address bacause I am too tight to even buy an address lable.Anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination:beer:

Taking stuff from work, avoiding paying fares, stuff like that. I personally would not risk it. The company I work for would give any employee instant dismissal for misapproriation of company property, be it paper, postage, cleaning stuff, photocopying etc. It's known as gross misconduct.A minute at the till, a lifetime on the bill.
Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels.

The reason to not reuse water bottles was down to two things. Firstly the bottles are made from diethylhexyl adipate which at one time was on the list of toxic chemicals held. However I know it's been taken for the American list, not sure about the British list though. Basically they said over a period of years this could harm you using the same bottle.
However the reason they put that on the side of the bottle is to cover there backs because we're all dirty sods I quote "The concern is that people (particularly children) can too easily spread and ingest bacteria from their hands and mouths by re-using bottles without properly washing them or allowing them sufficient time to dry. " I quote "The concern is that people (particularly children) can too easily spread and ingest bacteria from their hands and mouths by re-using bottles without properly washing them or allowing them sufficient time to dry. "
So there you go as long as your clean you shouldn't have a problem reusing the bottles as many times as you want.0
