well i have to moan a bit here....went to the dr's yesterday looking for a prescription the receptionist was going ...oh i dont think the dr will give you one for that ...cant you buy it in the shop it is available over the counter...to which i responded firstly i didnt ask you whether you thought the dr would give me it i asked you to ask the dr for the prescription ...secondly buying it over the counter costs £14 i know this as i have paid it in the past and i cant afford £14 i can barely afford the prescription charge as it is but it's easier on me than paying £14 ...to which she again reiterates ...oh i dont think you will get it ...i mean who the !!!! gave her the medical degree and when did she become psychic?...so i said yet again this time slightly more with an irritated tone to my voice ...that is not what i asked you i asked you to ask the dr if he would give me a prescription...so she humphed and got a form making out it was like one from social services and fillied it in so slowly ...when will i know i asked ...well i doubt you'll get it but phone just before 6pm and i'll tell you ...phoned at 6pm and got her so i asked and she said dr said you can have it but it wont be ready till tomorrow ...to which i said pardon what did you say can you repeat that ..are you saying that the dr will give me the prescription even though you said he wouldnt lol ...oh the simple pleasures in life...but what a carry on to get a prescription all in the aid of saving money0

LOL at the receptionist! Glad you stuck to your guns though and got the result you needed!
As for quidco - they are all over the place at the moment it seems, but no idea about the insurance. Don't expect it, but if it arrives in the bank next month it will be a bonus!!
How are you doing apart from all that??Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
