Depends on what you're using. I use firefox - so it's *easy*...
For IE (from memory so forgive any mistakes/omissions).
Right click on the picture you want - select properties. Select the URL in the dialog box it gives you (i.e. block it out in blue). Hold down control and hit 'c' to copy.
Go into MSE message making thingy. Click on the yellow Icon at the top
and when it pops up another dialog box, hold down control and hit 'v' to paste. That will insert your URL in the middle of a couple of IMG tags.
