Hi elantan.
Sorry to read you've had a rubbish time of it lately (to put it mildly). How lovely of you to remember the neighbour through all of this and do something so thoughtful.
I hope this kind thought/action comes back on you tenfold, I really hope your luck changes soon.

well well well what can i say but it was ..mmm...now i forget (i was busy chatting to someone else much more interesting)..mmm.....ohh chowmein that was it (that good i had to think about it) but however i do have to say tonights demonstration was better ...did you know (and this is a trade secret i think) that when you put something in batter you put it in flour first...oh you did did you lol...but did you know the flour should have salt and pepper added to it...honest...we went to class tonight and i saw (whilst hubby was cooking and me chatting) the food being prepared for the lesson it looked minging ..it did ...but...when we tasted it it was lovely (i was in shock) and he actually used real ingredients (so obviously i wont be able to make it next week then)..so if ever i get around to having a dfw party it's gonna be a chinese night i'm a pro now lol....0
