Magic sounds like class is starting to be worth it!
I like chow mein!
Isn't the knowledge that comes from experience more valuable than the knowledge that doesn't?0 -

Oh no, I'll have to stop laughing at your cookery course stories now if they are actually teaching you 'proper' cooking!
Hope you are feeling okay today? Any progress with hubby & son?

Poor you, you are having such a rough time, but your strength and sense of humour still come through in your posts."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
i hate needles too ....i hate going to the dr's i have such a phobia about it (as well as my fish phobia and ex library phobia oh and dentist cant forget that one) i hate it cause only sick people go to the dr's and i hate thinking about being ill...my cortisone injection is gonna be in my shoulder ...the damage was deff done with the car accident (yes back in may last year i do hate dr's that much) but agrivated by lifting a bag in december...i have avoided going like the plague but the pain has became so unbareable i had to go ..he offered me the jag straight away and i said nope no way so he offered me physio and i went yep i'll try that first...came out the surgery and phoned hubby and told him what dr said he went nuts at me (he's been listening to my moaning....and has had to massage my shoulder for a while now) saying i need to get it done so i phoned back up and got another appointment for fri and i've to get it done then ...i've heard it get's injected into the bone or is that rubbish....oh and while i'm at it anyone want a kid???0
-
I'm not sure how it would be injected into the bone - isn't bone...sort of...hard? Maybe it's into the joint between the bones? I seem to remember someone I know having an injection into their spine for some kind of joint problem, and I think it was done under local anasthetic, then guided into the right place by one of those tiny camera thingies. It sounds a bit gruesome, but he said it didn't hurt, just a bit uncomfortable."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
