  • No well apart for taking my stepmum out for dinner to Tinto in Shawlands for a wee thank you meal as she has been great with my stupid texts asking whats next etc, and of course the big saving on the lawyers bill!

Thanks - I just had a look on google, it looks quite nice, I might try it! The guy off Dragons Den (Duncan Bannatyne) was on radio 1 this morning, he was quite sweet and charming......I always thought he was a bit scary before now!

Could you go round and see her? Just turn up on her doorstep with a bottle of wine or whatever? (I wouldn't be able to do this, I'm very shy too, but I never said I practice what I preach lol). If she is writing to you fairly regularly, she obviously doesn't think you are boring (and nor do we :)).

That would be lovely, at least she would know you are thinking about her. Or just take her a card if money is too tight, it's the thought that counts.
