Hey el,
It was lovely to speak to you tonight - you really were a tonic and it was so great to put a voice to the name.
I've just re-read your diary as I'm sure I'd missed the odd page here and there and I've now fully caught up with your story. You've been on a fair old journey in the last month!
So sorry to hear about the wages c*ck-up and the grocery challenge going a bit t*ts up today. Can we help you with some menu plans? Do you have stuff in your cupboards that you can be a bit creative with? Maybe have a week with buying a bit less fresh stuff and warm up some freezer meals? Let us know if you want some help.
If you are being good then you will have lost weight - please don't be so down on yourself.
Things do get tough at times - I've been on the debt treadmill (on MSE) for six months now and you have amazing highs and lows - but just hang on in there - something will surprise you and things will work out all right in the end - I promise!
Good luck with your weigh-in tomorrow - please let us know asap - I'll be dying to know!
Lots of love (and thanks again for your call)

My little tip for that is to wrap what you need to get out of the building (in my case, car keys) up in a plastic bag as a reminder that you need to take something else with you."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

sorry been working the last few days ..but i have some good news on the d.f.w front..got a cheaque in from mr.tax man for £68.45 now was actually planning on paying this to the dreaded visa..however due to shortage in wages this is no longer an option..but did phone the tax man ..no not to thank him...but to ask him what was happening with my petrol claim ..i was told that it was being dealt with ..i'm thinking good vibes

on the healthy eating front ..bad bad new's havn't eaten in the last two days
have had alot of trouble at home to deal with ...now usually that makes me eat more ..but just now i feel sick at the mere thought of food....so i am making a concerted effort to eat healthily tomorrow ...i am even worried about it to be truthful... as i know how important nutrition is ..but will deff deff eat tomorrow ....scottish i looked for your diary but couldn't find it ..where did ya put it lol .... anyway that's kinda all that's been happening to me for the last few days...oh forgot to add have had no spend day's totally due to working 13.5 hour days and not eating or when eating (for two days) but before was blagging off work mates...getting quite good at this blagging carry on now lol ...take care everyone and i'll be on tomoorow before i go back to work...0 -
ok so now i'm spitting feathers...long story short ..we borrowed money from relatives to pay off one overdraft due to charges every month (we are paying them back at £50 a month) so i took away the facility to use switch and have made doubly sure that i never ever went over so that i don't incur charges..the account has been in the black since 22nd june..i got a charge for july but was expecting that ..so this month i was expecting to make some money ..not much infact about £1 if i'm lucky ..but atleast i wouldn't be paying them a fee....just checked my account and they have charged me £4.60 i am 27p overdrawn so am getting a £20 charge for 27p....i phoned up and they said that the charge was for june ..i said but it's august thought that i would get money this month not pay it ..they said they work a month in arrears then give you 28 days to pay ..so effectively it's 2 months.....the steam is coming outa my ears i am going absolutely nuts ...AAARRRRGGGGHHHHH this is just not what i need right now so i'm just gonna have to phone them back again in sep after they have charged me for it and fight them again ....AAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHH i can't be dealing with this right now ...0

well just when youthink life has thrown you so many lemons you can't possibly make any more lemonade..some good news arrives ..i actually sold a book on amazon ..don't know how to go about collecting my money or anything but i've sold a book ...not only that but i emptied snowball yesterday and he gave me £41.04 now that is going to go towards my dreaded visa and the money from amazon when i figure out where it is...and am going to go into bank tomorrow and find out exactly what is happening with this charge...night shift tonight but will be staying up till it's sorted ...0
