z i know you put the recipe for the yoghurt making on hypnos diary but could i please get it too ...have this kefir (again) and am gonna try it this time so i fancy making yoghurt aswell

    Basically:
    1. find clean food-grade containers. I use old Lidl's 1 litre yogurt containers, but ice-cream tubs or anything like that can be used.
    2. Sterlise them - I use boiling water.
    3. Pop a spoonful of live yoghurt in with a sterlised spoon
    4. Fill up with UHT milk
    5. Stir
    6. Keep warm for about 8-12 hours, or until it goes thick.

That's it. Let me know how the kefir works - I was always going to try that. I did try Kombucha last year, but the heat-wave killed it. Haven't got round to doing another.

Well, I was so engrossed in keeping Ryan calm and worrying about Natasha's cold that I didn't really get chance to chat to you, but we can rectify that next time!

PS: Kefir? Kombucha?? Google time I think......:rotfl:

z when my kefir grows big enough i can give you some (if you want) i had it before and it worked i just couldn get around to tasting it as i cant stand the taste of milk unless it's flavoured dont mind it in cereal cause it's slightly flavoured but usually i have strawberry milk but i dont know if you can do that with the kefir ...if you want some grains let me know i should be able to send some before xmas to you

well son has been out of the house for nearly two weeks and what a time ive had its been amazing, have saved so much on diesel i reckon atleast half and not paying for things like band, school, take aways (although hubby and i have had a couple but only having to buy two meals makes a saving in itself) etc money feels that wee bit smoother for me just now although i know that probably wont last too long (something is bound to come up)

well i was night shift last night but have reiki this morning then have to go to a meeting this afternoon at work so i wont get to my bed till after 3pm and i feel shattered just now thankfully it's my last tonight ...

i'm a bit worried about hubby to be honest his ear burst again last night (had an op on it recently) then he was experiancing pain in his head and tightness across his chest i think it's the stress...but he seems much happier than he was there have been no arguements and were getting on better than we have done for over a year...but weve found out a few things the son has been up to and this is causing him concern it's hard when it's your own isnt it

Can you do reiki on OH - would help with the stress, and might help with the pain too?
