cheers z
he is saying that i got his registration and got his address from dvla (never heard of that before
That's possible - but DVLA will have a record of having provided that. He won't have thought of that. Get his accusation in writing. Proving he's a liar will help any court case.will footage be kept from as far back as may( hopefully)
Alas, unlikely - but you can try.no other shops near by unfortunatley
i dont think he had any damage done to his car
There will almost definately be paint damage etc. Not having much damage will be a bonus as the parts will not have been replaced, so touching up will be evident on inspection.hubby thinks that he has taken daddy's car and not told him the boy was young but gave his address as one whose prices start at 1 million

Also if he provided the name of his insurance company - the DVLA don't have that."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Well get his accusation in writing first. Then leave him with explaining how you got his information from the DVLA, and the DVLA have no record of it.
Just keep at it. I had something very similar. You live and learn.

hi El, just had a read and catch up. fantastic news re DS's exam results you have every reason to be pleased as punch.
RE the acident, from previous job experience, councils rotate their CCTV video tapes every 6 months so yes there should till be something if council cctv around, however police will need to be informed to seize and view.
For shops i think they are usually rotated ever 3 months so dependant on date may well be lucky. Hope all else ok with you. Big hugs, P xxdebt @05/11/11 £12210.63!! slowly chipping away!!:heart2:impossible is nothing.:heart2:0 -

that'd be fantastic if they did!! give us an update in the morning, although they may want you to fully report it as a road traffic collission (sp?) in order to seize the videos. Hope it all goes well for you! and if you need any legal eagle stuff on the road traffic act gimme a shout! right, really must get off to bed, lots to do tomorrow.
