Fab news on the results, excellent news on making a bit of extra money, and  at colleagues being put through the mill today - at least the abuse wasn't directed at you.
I hope you are able to get a decent night's sleep - after you have had a celebratory glass of something, perhaps. After all, it is not everyday you get to be a proud Mummy:DSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. Hi Gorgeous - sorry to hear you're having so much trouble.
First - he did give you his details - how else would you have them?
Second - get from the insurance company in writing that he's making this claim. It will be something to pressure him with at a later stage should he change his mind again.
Third - get onto the police/council and find out if there are any CCTV cameras covering the area. If they are - get the footage at the time under the Data Protection Act (it'll cost a tenner). You'll have to be quick - they only keep the footage for a limited period of time.
Fourth - if there aren't, check around any local shops. They may have cameras which cover the area. They too must give you footage under data protection.
Fifth - go round to his house and see if his car is still damaged. Take photos. Make sure you don't tresspass or take photos of his house though. He has a statutory right to privacy in his own house - outside is fair game."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

cheers z

no other shops near by unfortunatley
i dont think he had any damage done to his car
hubby thinks that he has taken daddy's car and not told him the boy was young but gave his address as one whose prices start at 1 million0
