*FREE* DVD Rental (become a DVD Tart)

I had this problem with Love film abut eventually I got my money back. They post the DVD's so fast that I sent three back, waited for them to confirm they had recieved them went to cancel and they had already posted the next three! I sent them loads of emails, they tried to fob me off but I persisted and got my refund. I am now worried that I will be in the same situation with dvd365, its a risk I guess.

I've just joined and forgot to add the codes at the end of my transaction. When they confirmed my membership by return email, I sent them the codes explaining what I'd done. I've now sent about 5 emails in as many days, they are not answering me. There doesn't seem to be any tele number either.
No wonder they want you to line up so many movies!
Can I go into my movie selections and cancel any more from coming, does anyone know?

Always cancel before the due date and then post them back - some places give you extra time after the free period to get them back but not Lovefilm.

And with emailing them, I used their online form and got an auto-response and then a human response in 24 hours...

I think the code FF31 gives you a 30 day trial with screen select.

I've just applied for a 1 month trial with Lovefilm - so I read these comments with interest.
I noticed yesterday that if you go onto https://www.virgin.net there is a link to Lovefilm offering a 1 month trial.

Has anyone gone for the 14 day free trial with tesco and receive a free Cat In The Hat DVD. I have and I emailed them to ask when I was receiving my Free CITH DVD twice now and had no response.

Tesco never reply I'm afraid, it's just a case of waiting. I emailed them 10 times over 3 weeks when I was a member, to this day - no reply!
